These terms govern your use of OperableWeb, provided by WS SOLUTIONS LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #31413, Casper, WY 82609, USA ("we").
OperableWeb is software that helps businesses run a privacy program: consent banners, privacy-request workflows, data inventories, assessments, notices and incident tracking. The service gives decision support, not legal advice. Law summaries, applicability verdicts, generated notices and deadlines are based on your inputs and our reading of public law and can be wrong or out of date. You remain responsible for your compliance and should have counsel review your program.
You must give accurate information, keep credentials secure and are responsible for activity in your workspace. Workspace owners control who has access and which role they have.
You own the data you and your website visitors put into the service ("Customer Data"). We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell Customer Data or use it for advertising.
Don't use the service to break the law, to scan or connect systems you aren't authorized to access, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Connectors act on systems you connect (for example deleting a record in your CRM) using credentials you provide. You are responsible for having the right to authorize those actions; we are not responsible for third-party systems' availability or behavior.
Paid plans are billed in advance as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can cancel at any time and export your data from Settings → Data & retention. We delete Customer Data within 30 days after termination unless the law requires us to keep it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
